Yosemite... it's a bit cold still

Not gonna lie, I was worried, shall we say, when we got near Yosemite and there was still snow on the ground and it was overcast, rainy, and quite chilly (see hat, gloves and layers underneath NF shell as I wave hello). Was not exactly looking forward to camping, but, the sun broke through and we camped for free right outside the park in the Stanislaus National Forest. Got our fire permit and built a nice campfire while we grilled tri-tip (yum). For some reason seems like we've been eating better on the road than when we were at home.
