Why can't we escape the RAIN

It's followed us all the way to southern California. Really? Really? We intended to camp near Morro Bay yesterday but once we got to the 1 and it was still raining, we made a bee-line for Santa Barbara and here we are for now. They say the sun should be here on Monday. We'll be here for a little while, though may do some beach camping and planning to see the Halls (my family) in Ventura and Mike's mom when she gets here mid-week. It's nice to re-set for a few days before tromping back out. We made it 10 days on the road so far. After this break, it will be a long haul. Good thing we like each other.
